Cancellation and Refund Policy

• We accept cancellation requests for services that have not been used for consultation. Each service, priced differently, may have a re-use option depending on how it is set up. Cancellations are only allowed for re-usable services. Upon cancellation, the refunded amount will be processed directly to the original payment source within 5-7 working days.


• If we detect any fraudulent activity or transactions that violate the website's terms of use, we reserve the right to cancel such requests at our sole discretion. Accounts involved in such activities will be denied access to the site and will be prohibited from purchasing services in the future.
